IDFC Wealth Account - Family Members Addition

i have idfc wealth account. how can i add family members in my account. they already have savings account in IDFC. RM is asking to maintain 3 lakhs in each family member account for 1 month. is there any way to upgrade my family members account to wealth without maintaining 3 lakhs for 1 month , as i am already wealth customer.

Do all icici accounts need to be in the same branch for grouping in Wealth account? If yes then, How to change branch in that case?

How much are you maintaining?
I received 2 different responses from two different channels. One said I don;t have wealth account rather I am having Titanium Standard Account.
Another one said I am having wealth but with low MAB that's why it got rejected.
Not sure what to do.

You have to maintain 25+ NRV in Primary Account.
Then go to any wealth management branch and ask for Family Grouping form.
Fill that form and take the signature of family members. Submit it.
You will get acknowledgement/reference number and it will be done in 2 weeks

NRV maintenance is important? It's not important in HDFC though.

Pathetic process and service... Even SBI is 100 times better than HDFC now a days!!

And yes it's very much required on Primary Account holder... Otherwise Salary criteria is also there!!

You should receive a mail for family grouping.. or ask your RM..

True that. I have imperia variant but with sbi 0 balance account i get better service at branch they just want us to buy something through them that's all

Yes.. in fact mobile number in my account and my mother's account is same..and I have family grouping

@shashank08 I spoke to my RM. He says only transactions related to one account will receive sms. Other account related info will not sent thru sms. What has been your experience?

I am getting NEFT/IMPS transactions SMS for both the accounts. Getting transactions SMS on e-commerce as well for both the accounts.
Also getting dividend credit SMS as well.

So all in all getting most of the transactions SMS for both the accounts.

Do they send separate Wealth Welcome Kit to each member after adding them to the group? Or does only the primary one get that benefit?

You will receive seperate debit card and cheque books for each member and nothing more is there in the welcome kit..
