Domestic airport lounges & spas visits will be capped to 2 per quarter, provided you spent 20000 in the previous month.

You can choose any one option--
2 Spa or
1 spa + 1 domestic lounge or
2 domestic lounge
any one of these three options

I just called customer care and as a wealth customer I got connected instantly without going through IVR
he confirmed that Rs 20000 is allowed for every category including wallet load, gold and jewellery, rent, insurance, utilities, fuel, Government, education
I guess then only cash withdrawal is exempted. Good we have fuel spends.

But on the mail it's mentioned as 2 Spa and 2 Lounge not 2 Spa or 2 Lounge. I guess both will be there.

Even as per DF Website you can see:

Domestic Lounge it will show 5 on my screen because I added Wealth DC here (which has 3 lounge visits) so 5-3 = 2 Domestic Lounge access and 2 Domestic Spa access.

Yes but if you do 2 spa, your domestic lounge will decrease to 3 (of your debit card only)

@BVC : @drsel is correct. Basis my experience, in IDFC Wealth CC - only railway lounge is a standalone entitlement..... rest others (spa, domestic lounge) are shared even if they may have different numbers.

adding to that use case- if you use 2 lounges, your domestic spa limit will be exhausted. @drsel correct me if I'm wrong

So Add on usage will also exhaust right??

Also, any idea when is the Delhi T3 domestic Spa coming back on DF cards (ICICI Saphiro or IDFC) !!
They have told me that they have removed the complimentary access. I have asked them will they revive? They told they are not sure of the revival, for now they have removed they told. Keep us posted if there is any change. I am not a frequent traveler via Delhi Airport.
