IDFC | What are the reasons Addon Credit Card request gets rejected?

what are the conditions under which banks can reject addon credit card?

i applied on idfc app for my father, and within a few seconds, they sent me a message that the approval was not provided as internal criteria are not met.

My father is salaried, i submitted his PAN in the app and interestingly, he is also a primary credit card holder of idfc (i had earlier confirmed with them and they said that i can add a primary holder as an addon, so that probably is not the reason).

Yeah got the membership and the benefits. Idfc wealth debit card working.

Yeah has similar benefits. Amazon prime 3 months and 250 big basket. Thats it from what I remember.

I had IDFC Select with 1.06L limit. IDFC denied LE based on form 16 > 25L. Closed the card.
Now applied for select on my aunts account. She is a homemaker and has around 3L balance in IDFC savings account. IDFC offered select with 3L limit. Tried getting addon for 2-3 family members but IDFC is denying stating the internal policies.
I don't understand what do they want.
