Idfc wow credit card limit increase error

I'm getting an error when I try to increase credit limit of idfc wow credit card from the link provided by idfc - https://www.idfcfirstbank.com/credit-card/cc-cli-standalone
After entering name, DOB and OTP, it says:

Sorry we can't proceed
We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later.

Im trying since past 1week, but I get the same error.

Getting this error? Any solution?

I usually give them 1 star in playstore.. their social media team is way better then customer care. They might help.
