Incorrect cashback awarded on transactions

As shown in the image I made three transactions on cleartrip which amounts to a total of Rs. 4321, which means I should be given a cashback of Rs. 216. However, in the "Cashback earned after last statement" section I'm seeing only Rs. 68.

Am I missing something here? Has SBI removed even travel expenses after the devaluation? Should I report this to customer care?
I know that here the difference is not much but I want to clarify this as I'll be making some more travel expenses in future.

Seems like , 2 transactions with merchant names starting with Paytm fetched you 1% / null and the other fetched you 5% cb

Cashback depends upon MCC.
You got 5% for below mentioned txns only:-

Rs.517.5 - 25 Cashback
Rs.881- 43 Cashback

Total Rs. 68

For rest of the Txns 🥚beacuse MCC tagged with those txns must be in excluded category.

I made another transaction on flipkart recently which used the paytm gateway, hence it also got the same MCC. This also gave me no cashback. I'll contact customer care, if they don't resolve this then I would certainly close the card.

Sorry, please correct me if am wrong, you have gotten 5 percent cashback for merchant name "paytm_flipkart" ??

Cashback depends upon MCC.
You got 5% for below mentioned txns only:-

I have one question, i tried to make payment on flipkart, first time when i made payment on the flipkart website(not on bank page), it shows the merchant name on the deduction message as "paytm_flipkart", but next time when i tried again but now chose to do payment on bank website, now on the bank authentication page, it should me "Flipkart private ltd" something, but when i got the message again, it showed me "paytm_flipkart" on the deduction sms.
Is flipkart fooling us in the name of merchant, showing something else on website and doing the actual transaction under something else?

But Cashback always depends Upon MCC instead of Merchant Name.
MCC tagged should be eligible for Cashback, Merchant Name does not matter,
just sometimes Help us to figure out what could be the Possible MCC so that we can initiate Fresh txn to get desired Merchant name which would have desired eligible MCC with it

I do not have any idea.
You can E-Mail, SBI to know MCC tagged.
I rarely do shopping via flopkart.

Flopkart bass Saal me Ek baar use hota hai woh bhi big billion days m, mobile purchase ke like.

I got one refund from Paytm_Flipkart, they deducted 4%+1% cashback.
Flipkart is tagging correct MCC.

Culprit for OP is Cleartrip 😐

There is also issue with SBI when you raise issue with them they do not resolve it. You will not get any satisfactory response.

Most probably, your SI transactions would have come under Utility category hence 0% cashback

There has been this MCC issue in SBI since long.. earlier was using the simplysave card which use to give 10 accelerated rp for every 100 rs on dining spends.. i regularly use that card for the same but most of the time it did not provide those bonus rp.

Wrong MCC is tagged by Merchnat and Gateway.

If issue is from SBI, then SBI would not give 5% on any txn by tagging itself ineligible MCC on all txns

I also faced the issue.. Didn't receive the cashback on cleartrip transactions.. Raised a complaint today.. Even had a talk with the customer care executive.. They told they can't help until statement is generated.. The executives are not aware of the situation I guess!!
