Your annual fee will remain the same and you can continue to enjoy your existing spend-based fee waiver limit, as is.
Just hoping this means LTF will remain LTF.

Even though I have written communication from citibank that mine is LTF, I hope axis honours the same. Otherwise will cancel.

How to redeem these edge miles/points for fuel at IOCL pumps? Converting to Xtrarewards is totally waste. There's gonna be a great amount of struggle to earn the righ value from these points earned.

Citi card was absolutely hassle free in terms of redemption. Just click ok and you are done. Axis is finicky and no one can tell when will they scrap all this and leave card users at the mercy of their whims and fancies.

And the moment they say that existing LTF citi card holders will be charged renewal fees, I am cancelling the card. Mood swings of axis bank are intolerable.
Where are they saying this, please give some links or screenshots.

as per the email received:
Your annual fee will remain the same and you can continue to enjoy your existing spend-based fee waiver limit, as is.
My annual Fee is 0, it should remain same. Axis might convey it would be different, but did they yet?

Hi

I have citi IOCL LTF; I also got the email last night like you all

Check the screenshots
* I have an email from citi stating that my IOCL has no annual charges
* Now in the axis email it's mentioned that
Your annual fee will remain the same and you can continue to enjoy your existing spend-based fee waiver limit, as is.

What it means?

Note :

I also have
Axis IOCL LTF
Axis Flipkart LTF
Axis Airtel Paid

I got mail from axis bank. That my card would be changed to Indian Oil Axis Premium credit card.

My present Citi card has 1k charging as annual fee. It has around 250 reward points in that card. I mailed Citi Bank for convert to LTF. But they will transfer only 35% of my existing reward points.

Even though Indian oil axis premium card has more benifits i want to use it as LTF.

I am using Citi card since 2018. Will axis Bank consider my LTF request claiming me as goodwill customer in Citi bank??

No.. it will be charged card only.. After migration,use the card extensively then u can request axis to convert into LTF.. But I don't think axis will convert;

The only benefit of new axis Indian oil card is 4% cb on Indian oil petrol pump. Other than that it is pretty useless card.
It's not a straight forward process for that 4% cb, I had to call citi customer care everytime I filled at their listed IOCL outlet for the correct points to be credited. I expect it to be worse with Axis, also the minimum redemption points is increased from 250 to 500 after the migration. Good luck dealing with Axis, I am going to cancel mine as it is not LTF.

I always had zero hassle points credit and redemption with Citibank. For more than 15 years I had this card, never had to call them once for points credit or redemption. Minimum points issue and It will be bad with axis, I agree on these points.

I already have Axis IOCL LTF; Now my citi IOCL will be converted to Axis premium IOCL LTF;

I never had an issue with my current axis for points credit or redemption

Hi, I think we don’t need to worry much about redemption. I hold Axis Atlas where you also get Edge Miles which is valued at Rs 1.

In Axis rewards portal I can see that we can also redeem it for Amazon/Flipkart Vouchers. I hope the same applies to IOCL premium card and we can redeem it for Amazon vouchers. Then it will be a 4% returns with no hassle of redeeming at IOCL petrol pumps.

Yes, I was using it without any issue for last 4 years but since last 6 months, fuel cashback and surchage waiver is very inconsistent.
