Indie app black screen seconds after login

Yes, for me it shows both indie and inducing a/c. You need to have pre-existing relationship with bank, for it to work.
So what can I do ,should I create a new delight account to operate both accounts 😄 😄 in indusmobile app
Is it even possible to open indusind SB account after opening indie
 
I have no words left to curse this idiot bank. How can their app is down for 2 days when this account is app only account?

We should make mass complaints to RBI. That's the only way out. Stupid customer care agents saying clear cache, clear data, reinstall app and what not, without accepting the fact that it's their problem.

I reinstalled the app. Cleared data and cache. Still getting black screen.
Can you tell me version number of yours?
 
I have a indie account however when I tried to open in indusind it's showing my mobile number is not associated with indus
Since you said I can use indie account with indusind app, can you please describe the process to login to my indie account via indusind app.

I have IndusInd mobile on iOS
And Indie on android..
And on both the apps can see my both exclusive account and indie account

no idea if this matters, but mine is old samsung M30 on android 11 and oneUI 3.1 with same google play system update. but android security patch is 1 january 2023
I strongly suspect the issue is specific to some devices and / or software versions
 
I am on Android 14 and using xiomi hyper os and am facing issue

Till the time they accept it I don't think they will resolve it
