Indie app black screen seconds after login

What will governor do here?

It is definitely a concern.
Please raise the issue with the bank first immediately and then immediately with RBI in big numbers all at once . There should be some coordinated effort from members here forming as a group.

Normally, I ignore outages.
But lately indusind is on my nerves,
First, irrespective of issue, they never reply before a week via email route, on top of that- most of their replies are generic and include visit to a branch... (so much for the digital a/c) and branch guys are bound by their aging technical backend. It's a vicious cycle.

It's been 3 days. Just white screen after login. All recent reviews in playstore from last 4 days are same issue. How come indusind bank ignoring such a serious critical issue.

You are absolutely right.
Their tech is plagued with many problems and they want to solve their tech woes by introducing indie on a seperate platform.
It seems they are struggling with this new platform also...

It is a horrible suggestion to write to the RBI Governor. Any software can face glitches and it requires time to fix it. I can also see all users are not facing this issue hence it is not a P1. IndusInd will definitely fix the issue in due course. In the meantime users will have to manage with alternate channels. Later when it is fixed they can ask for compensation for glitch in production system and for financial loss, if any.

Everyone who is facing the issue, make sure you have raised at least one written complaint.

App is fixed and seems to be working fine
They've changed a UI a bit and the lag which was present in app previously is also fixed!

Randomly tried and paid 4 bills that I had to pay for making it 10 in this month

All good now. Sorted
