can we close this account through any indusind branch?

Yes. Any IndusInd branch. I went yesterday to a nearby branch (not my home branch) and got the account closed. They didn’t know how to do it and asked me to call Indie customer care. The customer care guy explained the branch guy to fill the usual account closure form. No documents or anything was asked. Also the branch guy called and confirmed that the account is closed. I no longer can use UPI to check balance. Though they didn’t say anything about interest I would get. I was maintaining 25-30k in this account since months as I was using it as second account. I think interest kha gaya Indie.
