Every bill paid has to be to a new biller in that month...check that !!

they are telling different and eligible and unique biller so every month how come i will get unique card, unique biller can any body explain means am using indsuind credit card and paying bill this month vide indie i will get the cash back next months onwards will the same card be eligible to fetch the cash back please guide?
