I paid 10 unique cc bills (includes addon card with different number than primary card) of 500 each on 4/5/24.
Got 200 gems credited. no idea where the remaining 300 gems went... Does anyone know if Indie credits gems only after the 500 payment reaches the creditcard account. Since for some CCs, it might get credited instantly, some would take a few days, hence asking???

These guys at Indie might be drunk when they do the calculations.. Last month also I had a similar issue where my 50 gems for 1 cc went missing and I didnt bother to call them and check.

But they ask over call if we would keep the 50K there only. they just need verbal confirmation it seems.

RMs only need some balances in their portfolio of customers as its a quarter end.

Ye Undie by SundasLund wale hamesha aise fake banners and fake offer bataney hai. Only gems that get credited properly are the bill payment ones. Terms and conditions also not mentioned properly of such above offers. I had referred a friend and he opened account yet they didn't give me referral reward. Now fighting with their non-existent customer care.
