Indigo Rewards Missing

I wanted to book a ticket using my Indigo rewards which when I last checked was about 6034 points. And this was just a few days ago.

I logged in to the account and there's a grand zero now. I contacted customer service and they asked me to call back after 9 AM.

This sucks because the ticket fare might have increased by then.

Anybody every faced this?

FYI - I got these points with my usage on the Kotak Indigo 6E XL card, which I acquired last year.

I'm yet to check back with them I doubt if it's a glitch. There's been a revamp to their website lately.

When I go to the rewards section I see that I have applied to hdfc indigo card. It's actually weird because I didn't apply for it and I actually have a KOTAK 6E XL card.

I contacted Indigo customer care. They looked into the issue and reinstated my reward points. Took a few days but was smooth.

I think they screwed up some data migration during the recent overhaul of the website and app. Do call them.

Same issue. Got my points back but unable to redeem them. Not getting any option. Any help anyone?
