I wanted to book a ticket using my Indigo rewards which when I last checked was about 6034 points. And this was just a few days ago.
I logged in to the account and there's a grand zero now. I contacted customer service and they asked me to call back after 9 AM.
This sucks because the ticket fare might have increased by then.
Anybody every faced this?
FYI - I got these points with my usage on the Kotak Indigo 6E XL card, which I acquired last year.
