Missing IDFC First Rewards on Select Debit Card Transaction Done Between 14-22th June

I did some transactions using my IDFC Select DC between 14th-22nd June on these 2 merchants "Sbiunipaydbcard" & "BHARTIAIRTELLTD". But have not received any RPs. Before 14th June, all RPs were credited and on 23rd June I did 3 transactions on "BHARTIAIRTELLTD", today it was credited Successfully. Asked customer care they said to wait for 14 days from the date of the transaction. Also, mentioned that today they came to know a few more customers raised the same concern with them regarding RPs. He mentioned that it will be credited within 14 days if not then they can raise a manual request.

Also, highlighted many faced these issues on the transactions done between 13th-20th June.

I am missing 622 RPs.

Can anyone check there and confirm whether yours is credited or not during this time frame?

I had the same problem. I called customer care but they said to wait 15 days. Even then, if the reward does not come in, call to complain.When I saw that the reward did not come after 15 days, I called the customer care again and complained. Then within 7 days the reward came in.
 
How to know what kind of banking program we are enrolled in like Wealth, Select?

My dad's having normal VISA signature card 25k MAB account. But, when checking the RM details, it says Pankaj Kumar Manager First Wealth.

I am not sure whether he is having wealth program or normal which we enrolled in 5 years back.

While checking my own account, same as my dad I could not see any RM details which means I am in normal program.

Check your debit card variant & in the app, it will be mentioned as First Wealth or Select

Debit card variant that we got 5 years back is VISA signature maroon colored. In the app, nothing is mentioned, seems like he is under normal banking program. But, RM details says Manager - FIRST wealth. The app is also normal like mine. Will it show Select wealth on the home page???

@Anindya98 See in IDFC not only date, even txn amount and timing matters.

This problem is persistent, usually what's observed that on manual complaint points do credit from next time, only thing that can be done is wait for 14 days, many time points get credited even after more than 14 days or so (happened with me including other TF members), you can wait patiently or raise your complaint with customer care or rewards team (ask customer care to transfer the call) after the passage of 14 days from the transaction date, then rewards team will credit the points within 3-4 business days as Bank Courtesy Point transaction.

Note: Rewards Points can be redeemed only post 14 days of the transaction, even it gets credited on the transaction date only. A redemption fee will be charged as ₹116.82 (including GST) on every redemption within 60 days.

Got the points yesterday it was manually credited by them at 10X RPs as my total spends was above 50K also another 1271 Points also needs to be credited manually as the same happened with another 4 transactions but as 14 days is not over yet so I am unable to raise the req as of now

Welcome, from now onwards (most likely), it will get credited timely.

Do raise request for past txns, after the completion of required days.

I'm using jio finance, Airtel app for cc bill payments using idfc select dc

3.4L Total Spends in a Month
First 50K = 1000 RPs
after that 2.9L = 29000 (10X per 100rs)

Currently, are you receiving points in Jio Finance?
Not yet received but hopeful it will be delivered within 14 days
Also what's the best way to redeem the rp? Max at one go & charges for redemption?

I guess when they credit missing points as courtesy points, they do not evaluate whether those points are part of 10x rewards or normal rewards. For me, even through my missing points were eligible for 10X rewards, they only credited as per base rewards rules.

You must ask them to calculate the points based on your total spending. They will calculate your overall spends in the month after that they will issue the 10X.
