Missing IDFC First Rewards on Select Debit Card Transaction Done Between 14-22th June

I did some transactions using my IDFC Select DC between 14th-22nd June on these 2 merchants "Sbiunipaydbcard" & "BHARTIAIRTELLTD". But have not received any RPs. Before 14th June, all RPs were credited and on 23rd June I did 3 transactions on "BHARTIAIRTELLTD", today it was credited Successfully. Asked customer care they said to wait for 14 days from the date of the transaction. Also, mentioned that today they came to know a few more customers raised the same concern with them regarding RPs. He mentioned that it will be credited within 14 days if not then they can raise a manual request.

Also, highlighted many faced these issues on the transactions done between 13th-20th June.

I am missing 622 RPs.

Can anyone check there and confirm whether yours is credited or not during this time frame?

Exact amount for 50K rp points 5 lacs?

IDFC Rewards Points using DC not automatically tracking Problem Resolved on 4th Sept.
Now the rewards are tracked automatically and accurately.

From 19th Aug to 26th: All credited.
Pending: only 30th Aug 2 Transactions.
Sometimes they miss out on some transactions. Call the CC and ask them for manual credit after 14 Days.

I had raised a ticket after 3 weeks I suppose. I had used my Wealth debit card for the first time so I was expecting 8000 Rewards on first transaction too.
After raising the ticket they manually credited 8000 Rewards and Rewards for other transactions happened on same day.

More than a week later I received another 8000 Rewards today as "Bank Courtesy Point transaction". However the date is of August.

I think once you have got as bank courtesy and one as automatic (welcome benefits for 1st txn). Check it, I am almost sure.

If it's so, yes, it does happens usually for the first time, because after crediting manually for the 1st time, their system becomes active and don't recognise manual credit, and you're lucky as well to get ₹2k worth voucher for free. 😁

Yep, when points get credited manually, credit date will be shown.

In other hand, when it gets credited automatically, then txn date with amount shall be shown. Check it. 😁

When it got credited automatically then also?

The amount in description matches with the txh amount?

Two possibilities:

• System assumed some other txn which was done in Aug as 1st txn, because it was inactive before, failed to track actual first transaction.

• Date mis-match...

Till 2nd September I have not received any RP on the transactions done in August but from 3rd and 4th September all the transactions showing properly back to back.
I was thinking of calling the CC for manual credit.
Also, 3rd and 4th Sept midnight to 6 am the IDFC First rewards portal was under maintenance like in June month from when the missing rewards problem was more frequent than usual.
Hope they have solved the issue completely due to the large number of complaints by the customer.

for me i didn't even raise any request got point for a reversed trnx (may 2024 received RP today )so that my experience so that why i said don't worry.
