Visit the branch & ask the BM about your account freeze situation. If this doesn’t solve the issue then you can mail to nodal officer or even RBI. But before taking such step make sure you collect proper evidence if you’re not at fault.
Yes! My account has been unfrozen now, I had given a written application in the branch but the branch did not do anything for 4 days, then I emailed the indusind bank and complained against the branch n BM. After 2 days of email my account got unfreeze, 120k money was stuck
ADVISED : INDUSIND AND IDFC ARE NON RELIABLE BANK, Coz they Won't Take Higher Numbers of Transactions, and Freeze Account Without Any Solid Reason
Yes! IDFC has decent customer service who attend and respond quickly, but they only give pleasant pretense show of excellent customer service, in reality they also work with long delays n Hassle
