Indusind application error

Hello TF Community, I just received a mail regarding indusind legend card. I try to apply for it, but when I enter my details and click next. This error is being shown. Does anyone faced this issue here or know what to do as a next step. I applied through cashkaro, should i try to apply directly on website?? . Please help. Thanks

Yes there might be some mis- match ..
They will tell u exact problem u can try to fix ..

Yeah i had an fd with Paytm. When i tried to open their zero balance online account, the application interface denied. I think the same issue for cc too. Shouldn't have opted for Paytm FD, it was the worst mistake.

I completed VKYC for Legend yesterday but post Video Kyc redirecting error 404 appeared.
It seems my application isn’t complete.

I’m getting this after resuming the application but I was informed by indusind kyc agent that the kyc is complete.

Am I missing something here ?

No updates prior

Close the incognito or if you have any Android device use that for vkyc.
You will recieve a vkyc link soon

If it's incomplete you will recieve the call from bank within 3 working days
