IndusInd Bank account upgrade offer to Maxima or Select

My mother has a normal Indus Privilege Savings account.
Since she has crossed 60 years of age, I wanted to upgrade her account to a Senior Citizens account. Before visiting the bank I checked her internet banking and found there are account upgrade offers to Maxima or Select.

1. They are showing many benefits including Min. Balance Requirement and Non Maintenance Charges. Does this mean it will be a zero balance Maxima or Select account after the upgrade?
2. If I upgrade to Maxima will the variant be Senior Maxima automatically?
3. Should I upgrade online or through the branch to avoid any problems?
4. Which account would be best for Senior Citizens?

Please share your experiences or thoughts to help me to select the correct account variant.

Because you are seeing select dc in previlage progrm

And exclusive dc in select program
Which is impossible even if you go to rbi asking for exclusive card on select program

So go via offline and have peace.and one who will convert will be most likely your rm
So you can literally choose your rm that way
