Indusind bank bank cancelled card post delivery with any notification

Hi All,

I have applied for a credit card with indusind bank , it was approved I have received card as well. Post the card delivery i have received an email as per your request we have blocked your card.

Post checking with bank that said the card was cancelled due to (xyz reason)
They have given 3 reason different each Times upon checking with them.

1. Invalid kyc
2. Internal security reasons
3. User has requested to cancel the card.


On top of everything, they have shared the data with credit bureaus with 5 lakh limit and close the card. Which hit my credit score, upon checking with bank why they have shared information with credit bureaus they have not given a proper reply in last two months ?

Any suggestions on this pls ?

Collect email proof of the reasons why they cancelled your card

1. Invalid kyc
2. Internal security reasons
3. User has requested to cancel the card.

Ask them to reissue or remove the accnt from cibil

Raise a complaint on RBI Ombudsman
