Condolences to those who used for only 1 card despite having multiple debit cards.

Just received this email in one of my accounts.
Though used 3 DC (for 4900 MCC only) from this account for eligible spends but received for just 1 card i.e. 4000.
Waiting for few days before raising complaint.

I received 8000 points for my 2 debit cards and not received 4000 points for 3rd debit card.

Did payments over 1L each on both Exclusive DC (MC and Visa) in November during offer period.
Today got mail for 4000 + 4000 voucher 😍 Redeemed them as 16X500 Apay GV
This is by far the best deal I got out of IndusInd account.
But one thing that baffles me is that I haven't got regular reward points on my cards even after making such spends 🤪 Indus bank indeed works in strange ways
