Sorry the offer was in 2021 on Independence day. Offer was about making transaction of 8758 rupees and first 3 customers doing it on 15th Aug 2021 were eligible to get 5gm gold coin voucher (For Kalyan Jewellers).
I gave it a try (with a belief that this kind of offers may never be fulfilled in actual 😛) but to my surprise received a call/email in Oct 2021 about winning the contest and make required TDS payment as applicable to avail the prize.

So someone called you/sent email and asked you to pay TDS amount BEFORE you got the offer prize?

TDS demand & settlement related discussion was through official IndusInd email channels, on call they just intimated about winning the contest & about applicable TDS due to gift value higher than 10000rs which need to be paid to claim the Gold voucher.

Also for payment of TDS, they had shared official account of IndusInd to transfer the 30% of actual Gold value as TDS. So everything was checked by me before making the payment 🙂

I will avoid sharing the account number but it was in name of 'Inward Remittance - Credit Card' with IFSC of Indusind bank, and was received from 'premium.care@indusind.com' email address.

So for all those who didnt receive the points kindly send an email to IndusInd they are replying even if it takes time.
