Different topic but same bank.

So I was holding Visa Exclusive debit card and was trying to get mc card as well, but the app wasn't showing option to get one.
Now, I called cs yesterday and they did hotlist my current Visa Exclusive but issued new MC embossed exclusive (showing in app now).
Now under apply now and debit card options, I can still see visa exclusive and visa platinum options to apply but they don't show any fees or free over there.

Should I tap on apply now for visa exclusive and get it?
Can anyone please confirm if it's surely for free with exclusive, Pinnacle cc linked account.

Should I get only Signature card or get both Platinum and signature, then in total I'll have 3 cards.

Also, should I apply them already? Even before receiving physical MC?
