IndusInd Bank launches ePay Amex credit card

A new credit card launched by IndusInd Bank.

Rewards are very attractive. Typical Amex by asking us to make >10 transactions per month to avail the full benefits.
Needs to see what are the reward limits and annual fee.

Reward for early payment

Get 5% cashback annually every time on payment of total due amount within 7 days of statement generation.

Unique Transaction based Rewards Program​

Earn up to 10 Reward Points on each transaction with your completely digital ePay American Express® Credit Card

• 1st to 4th transaction in a statement cycle- Earn 4 Reward Points on each transaction
• 5th to 10th transaction in a statement cycle- Earn 8 Reward Points on each transaction
• Beyond the 10th transaction in a statement cycle- Earn 10 Reward Points on each transaction
• Minimum transaction value- Rs 500

Spend on your card every month and get double the reward points

When you keep your ePay Card active for 11 months, you will get 2X Reward Points on all your spends done in the 12th month within an anniversary year.

E.g. if your card issuance date is 1st January, be active on your card from January to November by making at least 1 transaction each month and on December you will get 2X Reward Points on all your spends.

I've been getting insistent preapproved notifications for this card as well as the Rupay Platinum! Thought I'll check here before possibly applying. I was a bitty not sure because it is Amex, with all the acceptance issues and the usual number of transactions and bonus reward structure. Having read this thread, I am going nowhere near this one! Seems one of the most useless credit cards in the country! Will happily stay with my Legend...

It works for amex network offers which are abundant on Swiggy / Zomato / BB etc. It's a free card and one can set a minimum limit of 5k or something

Minimum is 30K, not 5K

Its ok to have if you have good enough limit in the primary card. Just split a limit of 30K to 50K. Offers are regular in swiggy, zomato & BB. Occasional offers like the recent indigo offer also come.

that was republic day offer I think. got 75 and 50 on 25th and 26th. code is possibly AMEX150, normally just select and apply, so do not remember exactly.

Anyone actually applied and got this card? Please clarify, are the reward points for every 100 with a 500 minimum limit for increasing rewards, or is it that you get rewards for every 500 spend? From many of the posts here, seems its the latter... In that case, the uselessness of the card increases... Also, are the points redeemable on Indusmoments? Can points across cards be combined? That is is it possible to combine the Legend and this card, can the points be combined for redemption? Also, what are the redemption options? credit to card is available? Any useful, everyday vouchers available?
I have decent limit on Legend that I don't use all that much. Had initially thought I could use it for the Amex Network offers that may appear from time to time. There aren't too many Amex Network offers available of late, but could be handy if and when they appear...
And does IndusInd issue this only as a digital only card? No chance of a physical card? Considering its Amex, that isn't much of a problem, but just wanted to know...
