Better to take confirmation on mail. They charged my wifes Ad-on account then reverse on request. Then I sent mail for confirmation and they confirmed on mail.

Did anyone in this huge thread ever get their account upgraded to higher program like Grande or Pioneer from Exclusive? After the upgrade, if it's downgraded back to Exclusive, does the 0-balance waiver still apply ?

Or did anyone upgrade Select to Exclusive and lose their "Double IP" code?

Went to open new exclusive account today. They opened exclusive account and gave new account number and instant kit. They showed me the offer in their official whatsapp group, that it is official offer. waiver is lifetime as per branch staff. Can see the account under my customer id already. now will confirm from back end also after 2 days.

Promo code doesn't show in account statement. Waiver condition used to show in statement but stopped, account is still 0-balance for those people. Double IP promo code IndusInd employees can see in their system and confirm to us

Pinnacle via Grande account + spend 50K in 90 days then no JF, no AF. Instead of upgrading Exclusive, RM opened Grande separate (I think to meet her targets). Anyway I didn't want to keep Grande anyway so closed after getting Pinnacle. Legend was from June 2023.

As per the t&c of Double Ip promo, you are not allowed to open add-on accounts. If u do so then the offer is immediately removed from your account.
