IndusInd bank Select Savings Account and Legend Credit Card

Hi. I received my Select Savings Account welcome kit today but I'm not able to link it with my legend credit card in mobile application. Please help. My 50000 is already stuck in select account and there is no way to take it out as I have to pay penalty as non maintenance charges.
Please help 🥺

Bhai jinka bhi link nahi ho raha wo ye steps follow karo
1) App me jao aur sabse upar aapke name ke aage "change user" likha hoga waha pe jaake A/C ki details daalke ek user id banao
2) Fir aage usi user id ko use karke netbanking me jao aur password change karke logon karo
3) Fir Netbanking me hi link your credit card ka option aayega usme OTP daalo aur shayad OTP lene ke baad bhi error aaye lekin kuchh der me link ho jayega app me dikhega. Nahi to karte raho isko kayi baar

Isi main galti hota aur phir majority link aur delink ka game khelte hai 🤣 usse acha IndusInd ko uske haal pe chor do apne aap link hoga aur warna RM ko bolo sort out karne. Aur ek cheez maine notice ki agar Account pehle mil gaya uske baad CC linking main koi bhi issue nahi hota hai generally, lekin agar card pehle aur phir account tab toh alag katha hai 🤣

Mujhe MC diya hai Select A/C welcome kit ke sath...main kaise aur kaun se cards apply karu? Bas ye mat kahna ki kisi se baat karni padegi.

Then you must have asked for Visa Signature. Because I had insisted on MC World Select, I received Visa Signature in the welcome kit! 🙂

Problem tab hai Humne CC wali User ID delete ki request daal di.

iD delete ke chkkar m Bhoo**nike Card close kar dete hai

Indus ki speciality hai.
Error show kargea aur baad me Request bhi Process ho jaayegi.

Jab Error aata hai toh hume lagta hai Request place nhi hui par Actually m Woh process ho jaati hai.

Same happend with me when I placed Aadhar seeding Request.
Netbanking m Request Place karte time error show kiya aur baad m status check kiya Aadhar ki website pe toh Aaadhar seed ho gaya thha

Mne kha bhi unko Personalized kit chayie.

Excecutive bola Sir yeh hi process hai, Order milta hai Instant kit dene ka toh kya kare deni padta hai.
Par aap chinta mat karo DC apko mil jaayega.
Par saalo ne kabhi apply nhi kiya.

Bas Debit freeze 2-3 din m remove kar diya woh hi kaafi thha mere liye

I had a normal Indus account which I upgraded to Indus Select along with which they gave a Select Signature card now when I asked for a MC World Add on they say since I have 2 cards I cant get another card

If I need MC World I have to cancel both my current cards. Any idea on what to do?

You have two options: either apply from a branch, which is usually easier to get approved, or keep trying to connect with a different agent. Once you find an agent who agrees, ask them to process your request. 😁

That comment kind of goes in favour of IndusInd somewhat, -- in the sense that they might then sometimes end up doing something correctly too! 🙂.

Guys unable to find my old post ref pinnacle card upgrade from legend
After 2+ months and n no of follow up I got my joining bonus voucher today, attaching the availability as of today with denomination
Cc confirmed that the stock varies depending upon consumption so it varies for others i guess

I opt for 15k so these only possible
Why I opted is I want to get full fee back apart from gst so I did so
And previously some of my colleagues confirmed that pantaloons and Kama Ayurveda vouchers are available so both I have application at family
