IndusInd bank Select Savings Account and Legend Credit Card

Hi. I received my Select Savings Account welcome kit today but I'm not able to link it with my legend credit card in mobile application. Please help. My 50000 is already stuck in select account and there is no way to take it out as I have to pay penalty as non maintenance charges.
Please help 🥺
 
Prioritycare is for credit card, they said they can't talk about savings account. I mailed reachus@indusind.com too, but they haven't replied yet. Will try socialm on monday.
But it's for your Credit Card, right? You are using that as a surrogate for your Zero MAB account. 'Ab kaun samjhaye inko' 😂 They just need to confirm whether it's a Zero MAB account or not. 😂

I spent 10 mins trying to tell the customer care the same thing. And it was to an escalated customer care. I asked them whether such a thing exists for legend credit card holders, they said if you found on our website then it might. I asked them can't you confirm it and he said banking not our department. Then I spent over 10 mins trying to talk that person into either confirm or deny it, it was like that meme where one figure holds some kind of id card and other person agrees with various descriptions only to deny at the last step. Before that one customer care guy said this is only applicable if you hold account and then apply for credit card. I said connect me to your superior. He went kyun? Woh bhi yahi bolenge ke aap eligible nhi ho. Had to threaten him that I would formally file a complaint if you don't transfer me right away.

They will always beat around the bush. Get the account, if you haven't and then wait for the linking and then contact customer care via email and they will confirm it's Zero MAB. No matter what you show them, they will still be in denial mode 😂
Yup same thing happened with my case as well
While opening the account they also said the Select debit card is chargeable. I tried to show the Select pdf from their website and they wouldn't even look at it
As I was confident from their website and the threads here that it's free, I asked them to proceed
 
What about when you login on the first page do you see both your account and credit card
My account got activated few days ago and previously I was able to see only my account. But when I checked today both are visible 👍

One more thing, I have 2 User Id now
One with only Legend CC (before opening the account. I couldn't link my account to this ID)
Another with both account and CC

Should I do something about the old ID with only CC ?

Are you able to login with Old user ID ?

Btw now i have two ids and in both ids bank and credit card is linked.

Had the cc id, which was not connecting to bank. Then I complained to customer care and sent them screenshots. They took their time. In the meantime I saw another comment in this thread of opening new id with debit card and connecting credit card with that. That worked. Some days later I got my master world debit card, after setting it up I thought of trying it on credit card ID to link, fully expecting to get the same error as earlier. But this time it worked.

Haven't informed customer care though.

Leave it as it is. 🤣

I told you it would take some time, but it will be linked eventually. Anyway, I'm glad it's working for you.
