IndusInd bank Select Savings Account and Legend Credit Card

Hi. I received my Select Savings Account welcome kit today but I'm not able to link it with my legend credit card in mobile application. Please help. My 50000 is already stuck in select account and there is no way to take it out as I have to pay penalty as non maintenance charges.
Please help 🥺
 
Their email and call CC is useless. I have asked multiple times has it become 0MAB. They keep quoting me the terms and conditions.

I am getting in touch with branch guys now. They've said we will have to delete uid for app banking or what ever is linked.

Net banking is the only thing working and has Legend linked for a long time but still their systems are not reflecting it as 0 balance account
Select Account does not become a Core zero Balance Account by linking Legend CC.

It only becomes an Effective Zero Balance Account.
That is why a clear cut Zero MAB does not reflect any where

Yes. It won't be visible anywhere. Their normal CC wont respond. BM, RM also can't confirm.

That's why I suggested not sharing the shortest way to get the answer with everyone. 🤣 Let them experience it themselves, work for it, and eventually become experts too. 🤣
Sometimes Experience bhi backfire kar jata hai.

Kisi ka Experience thha ID delete karke try karo ho jaayega.

Such Experiences se koi koi toh apna CC hi close karwa bhaithe 🤣
 
Another update


Was busy with other stuff, so couldn't keep an eye on indus. Got my first statement today. Kept 5k below the 50K amount whole month, yet no charges. However there is an issue with indusmobile app. So earlier I stated that now both accounts are linked with both customer ids. Today I opened the app again after like a week and found that account got unlinked. If I open debit card account, credit card doesn't show up. If I open credit card account, debit card one doesnt show up. In net banking too, debit card doesn't show up. I don't know what to do with Indus anymore tbh.

Try linking any one account or ID and leave it as it is for a few days.

Have a legend card, was not able to open the Account online.

Visited a branch today and initially they were seeing that my account already exists (maybe they ment Customer id), I let them know that I have a legend cc.

They were able to open a Select account with 50k Initial funding, i didn't mention anything about 0 MAb to them as they would get confused.
They said the account will be opened under same CIF

The account will be opened in a week or so and kit will be sent soon.

Took 15 mins for all this.

If your RM is knowledgeable and proficient in their job, it shouldn't be an issue.

Had similar experience today,opened account by visiting nearby branch,they told in system it is showing my details,i informed about having legend cc,they went ahead and opened account.lets see now ,waiting for kit.
