You can raise a request for welcome kit though customer care if they deny then try netbanking.It's been three weeks and I still did not receive the welcome kit with Select debit card. RM is not picking up the phone and customer service is not having any details about it. When I visit the branch they said request for welcome kit is in process and it will be delivered to your communication address in 3 days but there is no tracking ID or service request about it. Never seen such pathetic service experience from any bank.

I faced a similar situation in the last week of March'24 where they debited 1062 charges for non-maitainence in my legend linked select savings account. Which channel did you raise the complaint on for getting the refund?Just now money got debited from my account saying Non-maintenance of Balance for Oct-Dec eventhough my Legend CC and Bank Account are linked for past 1 year

Now I uninstalled it but when I try to login with net banking Id on app it shows no record exists. What Id has to be used for login here?
Yeah doesn't work. It shows no record exist. I entered account number to retrieve user id and it asked me for debit card details. Entered that and got user I'd but it is showing only credit card when I login. Call customer care they wil tell customer I'dWhich customer care email Id provides the fastest response. I mailed reachus@indusind.com last week. Still haven't received any response. the branch guy through which I opened account is useless. He is asking to login with the credit card user id only when I repeatedly told him that the savings account is not reflecting in that id.

If you have linked your legend credit card in Select account netbanking then call IndusInd customer care to link your Savings account in the mobile app or you can do it by yourself using debit card details.Yeah doesn't work. I faced the same thing. Visited branch. They made me to uninstall the indus app and again install it. post instalation, slected as new registraion and registered using the debit card details for savings account. After than linked the legend CC with that account and it got linked instanaly.I had the indusind app login created with legend credit card. Branch person was clueless... he took details of my PAN card and told me that first your CC needs ti link with PAN and than with CIF of savings account!!!ask customer care or nodal for confirmation about it

what you mean by "CC and select saavings account" linked? under my net banking, i can see both my savings account and legend CC. does it mean both are linked?If your Legend Credit Card and Select savings account are linked and reflecting under the same Net banking ID, you have got nothing to worry about. Your account is effectively Zero MAB. In the past, I have also received similar messages.
