RM said I can downgrade account to privilege but not sure about delight dc.
Customer care said under privilege, delight dc not showing.

My RM also said the same but it was there as an option on the app. And I just applied through the app and got it.

This one is mc world delite, different from which we are talking about.

Also it doesn't offer any fee reversal.

Registered a complain with customer care last Saturday 16th , made a call to the customer care on 18th and
today I got the Issuance Fee reversed. Rs. 588,(the call to the customer care may have cost me 100 Rs approx due to wait time)

Did you raise the complaint via email initially or on call? In my case, the customer care is not even raising any complaint on call and is asking me to explain everything over email, attaching all the documents and everything.

I did call and email, eventually I got money refunded though it was tiresome

Actually my account variant multiplier max cannot give this delight card so branch took a request to downgrade to some other variant
Got SR for it and once its done i can request delight card

I am in same boat
One side this delight dc procurement more than a month struggling and parallel fight with Axis Bank for missing 6000 Edge Rewards going on last 45 days which I escalated today to nodal officer

Edge Rewards are worthy but with Axis Bank it lost its value since the pain to track and fight makes it trash

Update:
My account got downgraded to privilege max from multiplier plus after 10 days following and this morning my app shows titanium delights card to order
So placed a request
Hopefully before Friday i get card on hand
