Indusind delite debit card misrepresentation on website

i got indusind delite account in june and received delite debit card with it, the overall experience with the app, netbanking and even customer service was underwhelming. It is so pathetic that the app allowed me to turn on contactless payments for my E- debit card but not the delite debit card.

as per the website, the Delite DC gives 5% cb on dining and fuel and it was the only reason i decided to tolerate everything wrong with the bank. Last week i redeemed some points, which again was a tedious process as both app and netbanking showed error. I was finally able to do partial redemption of points, but after waiting for 2 days, i only received half value of what i redeemed.

I immediately called the customer care team and most of the time they were impolite and used to put my call on hold and used to hang up, it takes 15-20 minutes to connect to an executive. Most of them stated that the value of 1 point is Rs 0.5, contradicting to what their website states, this was even after telling them to check their own website.

Finally, a sensible executive picked up my call and she agreed regarding the discrepancy between the website and what the bank actually provides and raised a complaint 3 days ago. Today, I called them again for the status and their executive said that the request has been closed. She stated that the bank closed the ticket as they give Rs 0.5 value for
every point and hung up the call!

Anyway, first get mcc from the customer care. If mcc is listed for cb, mail to direct nodal for missing cashback rewards.

If there's no cb or proper reason within 15 days, then mail to rbi ombudsman ... with nodal sr number but change date to 30 days back else they will close it.

What about other bogo, bigbasket offers ?

RBI is the only way..Call them again and then say the RBI Ombudsman dialogue.
Also do mail and include that same dialogue.

I too opened account for the 5% fuel cb.....still below 100 points.what is the min to redeem?.

Did you get any solution for this? Have you complained?

I too have a thousand point but they are giving only 500 ruppes as cashback.
 
I did on Oct 3 but got no response yet. However, now I can't see my point in net-banking but they are there in the app. So, maybe they are doing something 😀
i filed ombudsman complaint today, was a bit complicated as i only conversed on call, so added transcription and filed a complaint for delay. Since there was no option for misrepresentation.

i dont even bother opening their website as it takes eternity to open. btw can you use fingerprint for the app?

No, the fingerprint is one of the many broken options in the app for ex. I can't change debit card pin, the app crashes.

Aaj Rs 150 bacha hua aa gaya, 2 mahine ke baad. Last month mene ombudsman me complaint + consumer complaint Dali thi misrepresentation ke liye.

But ab 1000 indus points redeem karne hai aur me ye sab wapas nahi karna chahta 🥲

Same 3 Oct ko complaint kiya tha abhi tak solve nahi hua. Aaj 1 month complete ho gaye ab ombudsman se complaint karunga.

Maine to ab debit card istemal karna hi band kar diya. Na rahega bans na bajani padegi bansuri.
 
Bhaiyo select account which has zero mab with legend cc, ispe hum delite debit card le skte hain ? What will be the charges for the same. ? ALso i was not able to get information on delite savings account on indusind website. There is only information regarding delite debit card.
