i got indusind delite account in june and received delite debit card with it, the overall experience with the app, netbanking and even customer service was underwhelming. It is so pathetic that the app allowed me to turn on contactless payments for my E- debit card but not the delite debit card.
as per the website, the Delite DC gives 5% cb on dining and fuel and it was the only reason i decided to tolerate everything wrong with the bank. Last week i redeemed some points, which again was a tedious process as both app and netbanking showed error. I was finally able to do partial redemption of points, but after waiting for 2 days, i only received half value of what i redeemed.
I immediately called the customer care team and most of the time they were impolite and used to put my call on hold and used to hang up, it takes 15-20 minutes to connect to an executive. Most of them stated that the value of 1 point is Rs 0.5, contradicting to what their website states, this was even after telling them to check their own website.
Finally, a sensible executive picked up my call and she agreed regarding the discrepancy between the website and what the bank actually provides and raised a complaint 3 days ago. Today, I called them again for the status and their executive said that the request has been closed. She stated that the bank closed the ticket as they give Rs 0.5 value for
every point and hung up the call!
