Totally agree...Had a tough time setting up net and mobile banking. There was option to provide existing userid while opening the account which I provided and expected to see the account under my existing id. But NO. Even my attempts to link the debit card failed. Finally I called up customer care and they said it doesn't work. I have to create new id for bank account and then I can link the Pinnacle card to the new ID. The process is so complicated it took over 30 minutes.

New learning - if you enter wrong captcha or refresh captcha entire page refreshes and all data entered is lost and needs to be entered again. Don't know which company developed their portal.

I saw may posts saying that I need to link my Pinnacle Card with Exclusive account to make it zero balance. So, I mailed exclusive support team and they have confirmed on mail that there is no such process. If I hold a Pinnacle card that is sufficient and I can maintain zero balance without any charges.

Is this correct?

It's not correct. The relationship criteria have to be fulfilled, and the only way to do it is by linking your savings account with your credit card account.

@4uziaul How do I get it done? I wrote to exclusive care and they wrote back saying this.
Create new id for savings ac.

Request itless bank cc, to delete old cc user id

Link your pinnacle card to savings account.

Thereby you get exclusive zero balance account.

Note: you no need to be angry, normally this process takes a month+

This is what I did:
1. Created new userid for mobile banking for savings account
2. Used the link relationship --> add credit card option in the app to add Pinnacle card

Now both savings account and credit card shows in the app (new user id). There is no option as such to link credit card to savings account.

Will this work?

I also saw some posts where it said it is possible to get both Visa and Mastercard debit cards for exclusive account. I asked customer care but they said they can send me Mastercard but for taking that request they have to first block the current Visa card. Is it really possible to get both debit cards? If yes, how can I get it?

Just ask your RM to issue the MasterCard variant on your behalf. No need to visit the branch; just share the OTP over a call, and it will be issued.

I have recently opened the exclusive account. Today I have called customer care and asked for Master debit card but he denied saying they need to block visa and then only master will be raised. I disconnected the call and tried again after sometime this time a different agent accepted my request and I have two debit cards now. The newly issued master is also now available under debit cards after a few hours.

I tried 3 times now, twice by calling and once on mail. No success yet.
