Sent mail for bank to confirm whether my bank account need to mantain zero mab since I am holding pinnacle credit card.

We would like to inform you that if you are holding a pinnacle credit card, you can maintain a zero balance on your exclusive savings account as Pinnacle card will work as a surrogate criteria in lieu of maintaining required AMB in Exclusive account



This is a vague and general reply, not specific to my account. Should I ask them to verify it for my account?

Apply Now -> "Savings Account" from the website...... I tried from mobile after sometime, and it went further.... but on the website - it is only giving option for 3 account types.... one Lite account and one standard..... and third was the Select variant (topmost variant available).

So, looks like will need to get it done from branch only!
 
After getting Pinnacle Credit Card, I went to open Exclusive Account through branch. After that I received account net banking password on which I logged in and linked my credit card. After linking my Account details and card is showing as well in net banking.
But issue arries in Mobile app. Credit card userid is not showing account details and Account userid is not getting logged in. Credit Card userid is getting logged in without any issue. Account userid is saying "We are not able to process your request at this moment."
What to do? Any expert advice.

raise a request during day time with them.... they will take some 2-3 working days and link your saving account in the mobile banking login....

so, you'll have different mobile banking and net banking user IDs.....
