Indusind Exclusive Savings Account Discontinued !!

I yesterday downgraded my Grande account to Exclusive through Branch after getting Pinnacle cc. Within a day, it's done.
This is completely wrong info that Exclusive account is discontinued.

Yes I recently opened an exclusive account for my relative, With 1 lakh Ip cheque.
Welcome kit also received.
