I paid cc bill on SBI Unipay via visa exclusive dc. How to check if points are credited for this transaction or not ? Where is point credit history ? It only shows total points in app

There is no itemwise bifurcation available for Indusind DC reward points.. You will have to keep track manually. It takes some 5-10 days to credit after transaction. I used to check on day to day basis and note down the difference in points amount.
