IndusInd have their new design upside down

Indus designed their new CC upside down?
Are there any other cards which also have upside down design... What is the correct direction even for this? Your thoughts?

Maybe YMMW, but in my situation, I have not faced that bad Customer Care. It's actually average. Bad is Lotak Bank.

WORST EXPERIENCE. Took 2 months to update my phone with userId...

Even axis has better customer care experience.

Only good thing is some of there product value for money.
