I suddenly got a LE offer via Indusind WhatsApp banking. When I choose the option Click Here it redirected me to Indusind website for LE. Otp was asked. But after providing the same. Gateway 504 error is shown. Any solution?

IIB is SBI of private banks....It sent me a coupon code to avail 10% discount on swiggy...It was shown as invalid code....IIB customer care told, we sent by mistake...
