I am planning to open Indusind partner account with my wife.

1. Can I get VISA Signature Exclusive Debit Card with this account?
2. Can I get 0 MAB and LTF debit cards?

My only requirement is 0% cross currency markup.

You don't get exclusive debit card for free with this account, it's free only with exclusive account.
So instead open a joint exclusive account for the card.

0 MAB offer ended last month, don't know when they will come up with a new one.
Every premium account variant's default dc is free.

All of these things (except perhaps the 1st one and that too is available sometimes) are available only when there is an offer. During the Valentine's day offer, in the initial period, they were offering Signature Exclusive DCs but later they sent Signature DCs that have a 2% markup. So wait till Feb 2023.

The Signature DC is always LTF with the Partner a/c. When there is no offer the AQB is 1L
