Just checked, My father also got this free upgrade offer. Took all the screenshots while applying for the upgrade, it clearly mentioned joining fee - LifeTime Free and Annual Fee - LifeTime Free. Will receive the card in 8-10 days.

No SMS received for other Legend card so randomly tried checking upgrade offer directly at the below link and found the same upgrade offer available for other card as well 🙂

My father's pinnacle card is visible on indus mobile app.
Also, add on also got generated.
As soon as the card arrives, I will request priority pass too.
