Today I had a discussion with Indusind Customer Care & it seems they had started issuing Pinnacle.
However, they are not offering me free upgrade, charging 14,999+GST.

Yes, every Indusind Card comes with joining fees without any annual charges.
Fortunately I got Legend without joining fees from Paisabazar.
Not rushing but seems they are very reluctant to offer me free upgrade.
Ask the Customer Care twice.
I think they are giving 12000 on amazon voucher & rest 3000 for non-essential category like Bata, Pantaloons.

Hello all, my father is holding indusind platinum card LTF With a limit of 1.8 lakhs from 2016(barely used).Few months back i called customer care to upgrade this card to legend, but they are saying you have to pay joining fee, but i want the card as LTF with no conditions. What can i do to upgrade this card to legend card LTF?
There's only joining fees for any Indusind cards. After that all cards are LTF.
Yes excluding the indulge and pioneer heritage
There are two packages for pioneer heritage
1. 90k joining fees + annual fee
2. Only 180k fees joining
So the fees depend on which package you choose.
He is saying for hni status its free

Yes you should ask your BM first ask him to provide legend without welcome benefits he might give it without joining fees.
Else mail the same thing to cc team.
Also excluding Vistara Explorer.
I had upgraded my free legend card to a one time joining charge 15k + 18% gst. In that I will get 12k amazon gv.
So it's a around 5.7k charge for me. The pinnacle virtual card is showing in the app.
I upgraded to this card for mainly two reasons:
1. International Lounge access
2. 0 mab exclusive account.

Just curious that if you suppose you have 5k in your account will you get auto sweep in feature (auto fixed deposit for money in ur account?)
Call customer care and ask for connect higher officials..
2 options:-
1. if you have very high usage on your card ask them that you will surrender the card if free upgradation is not provided to Pinnacle.
2. if you have a savings account, maintain high balance & do transaction there. Then approach to BM & warn him that you will close your account if free Pinnacle is not provided to you.
