IndusInd pioneer metal dc

Hey, I recently opened 2 IndusInd pioneer accounts. I asked my RM to issue the metal debit cards but he says to wait for 3 months :/

I wrote a mail to the IndusInd support team, senior banking team, escalation desk but no response till now (it’s been like a week)

What should I do now

Can you get the Pioneer Metal Debit Card as an IndusInd Exclusive account holder?

I don’t think so, it took me multiple mails to MD’s desk; a month of wait to get it for a single account… and I’m a pioneer holder

Unless u got 30L NRV/ 20L QAB

Push you RM, only he can do on urgent basis.

I opened a new account and got metal dc all within a week.

Just ask your RM to raise a request or else threaten him that you'll close the account.

Applied on Saturday, I can see virtually on Saturday itself and used it online today. Both card plastic & metal showing as active

Recently got two exclusive accounts upgraded to Pioneer & received normal PVC Pioneer debit card in Welcome kit for both.
Requested RM to place request for Metal Debit card; she only required OTP to place the request and same day evening second Pioneer Debit Card Visa Infinite got issued and started reflecting on the app for both the accounts.

Waiting for Metal card delivery now.

Also both the Pioneer DC (PVC + Metal) along with existing Exclusive cards active & working now 🙂

I opened a Pioneer account with IndusInd on 2nd Feb. The plastic card and kit was delivered within a week.
I was out of station and visited the bank on the 17th, requesting a metal card. By the time I reached back home (within an hour), I could see the second card in the app, and the metal card was delivered on 21st (4 days).
I requested an LTF Pioneer heritage metal credit card; the manager told me that it is not possible to provide it free. I asked her about the card issued for a Initial fee of 1L (without an annual fee) for some guys; she told me if I was ready to pay 1L for it, she would try for it, I was not ready. She offered me an LTF Solitaire credit card, which I am not interested in at present.
A free locker was offered. The manager allotted me with a free locker; the key will be handed over after the stamp paper documentation is carried out.
