Indusland EazyDiner card .. How to get LTF or First year free?

I want to apply for Indusland EazyDiner credit card, because of the benefits it offer through EazyDiner membership. Is there any way to get this card LTF or First Year Free?

When did you confirm, after few days, or a month of issuance.
I was told the card is a paid card, it was issued just 3 days back.

Did you confirm from the bank that the card is indeed sourced as LTF ?

I was denied by the bank customer care for the card being LTF, and was told that card is paid card.

Where can we get the confirmation for this ?

I wrote an email to the customer care and they confirmed the same.

Looks like I'm the only one for whom RS1910 didn't work out. He isn't replying to my messages either. Will edit this if I get any update.

Edit - Got a reply. Said my application is stuck

Edit - The card has been issued. CC team said the fees has not been updated yet. They asked me to call after 5 days.
