Guys please help, if by any chance you get infinia ltf then will you get 12500 points on renewal or if you have a paid card and spend 10 lakhs to get the annual fee waived then will you get the 12500 points?

Points are received whenever fee is paid (renewal & joining both)

Regardless of conditions, as a simple thumb rule, if you pay fees 12500+GST (for metal variant) then and only then you will get these points. No other way.

12500 Points credited only if card fee is paid.
So, if you get waiver due to 10L+ spends, then you wont be getting the points.

Welcome and renewal benefits generally are credited after fee payment only...mentioned this way in TnCs ...
Though for axis magnus FYF cards I have read people have got welcome voucher too.... 🙂
I have infinia LTF... never got any bonus rewards though have always crossed the spending criteria.

Did you negotiate to secure an "LTF" Infinia based on your salary/itr/nrv ? Can we negotiate in exchange of surrendering the renewal points?

Buddy....I got infinia in 2018..while my salary account was non hdfc. NRV maintained was bare minimum..30k per month...just to handle mf transactions.
It got upgraded organically....gold --> platinum--> regalia --> infinia ( when regalia was at 8 lacs limit, 10 years approx). I opted for all auto limit enhancements and card upgrades and never shared any docs with my bank.
Frankly....even after I got infinia...I didn't knew its such a good card. I realized that only after points were accumulated and I used it.

Surrendering points...never heard of this. I checked with my RM.. he said DCB offline can be applied...for infinia...he can't anything.

If yes, and the credit limit is at least 8 lacs....send an email to grievance redressal team and ask for it.

I have Regalia since 3 years with 15 lac limit. But the bank is acting pricey

CL is amazing.... you are right.
Just send an email to grievance redressal team for upgrade. With this CL it should be a no Brainer there...

Not happening brother.. please let me know if anyone is successful in getting Regalia (15+ Lakhs CL) --> Infinia LTF upgrade or at least DCB LTF since March/Arpil'23 under any conditions.

It's impossible and does not matter even if your TRV is over 1.5cr and NRV (CASA) is 50+ Lakhs - they still won't give Infinia LTF. Does not matter matter even if you are with the bank for nearly 2 decades. At the most they will reduce the 3L monthly salary requirement and offer Infinia paid version but not LTF

My opinion...Infinia is equally good even if you get it as paid since the fee amount is compensated by equivalent reward points( welcome and renewal both). You can always take out benefits worth 2250( gst component) anyday...

When did you get this offer? I think the features of plastic are the same.
