Is there any way or criteria to get Infinia for LTF?

Any Income or credit card limit criteria?

For imperia, Locker is free of cost that is why he was denying giving the locker for free to me.

Had it been paid for me, he would have immediately given it to me on payment of fees/fd.

For imperia, Locker is free of cost that is why he was denying giving the locker for free to me.

Had it been paid for me, he would have immediately given it to me on payment of fees/fd.

Actually bank has to honor such privileges on first request itself then only they can get lot of referrals but they won’t do that
Their full focus on LI sale

Infinia cards can be LTF if you are Imperia customer having more than 2.5L net salary credit to account. It also depends on the card usage. If you don't use the current card it's rare that you would get a upgrade. If someone if looking for LTF Metal Infinia I don't understand the logic behind that. Apart from plastic and metal there is no difference in any of the benefits.

Slightly confused with the phrasing. I don't think they are issuing new plastic Infinia at all. So I don't think being "Imperia customer having more than 2.5L salary" will help now to get any Infinia (metal or otherwise).

Infinia is being offered but not as easily as it was in the previous year. Talk to the RM and ask them to get it done. I am sure because I went to the branch 2 weeks back and the Imperia RM confirmed they are issuing Infinia.

Yes, I went for my brothers Regalia to Infinia upgrade. She confirmed that she got Infinia issued to some other customer recently. I did not categorically ask for metal or pvc.

Plastic infinia is discontinued they only issue the metal variants now. Those why already have old pvc version are issued that during renewal
