Infinia upgrade denied even after I did everything

I have DCB Alumni LTF card from past 4 years. I applied for infinia upgrade some time in Oct 2023 via grievance and they rejected saying due to "internal" criteria. I had less spends at that time, but now in the past 6 months my spends have increased.

* Salaried with ITR > Infinia requirement (36) but most of them are stocks hence, net salary is less than Infinia Requirement (2.5LPM).
* DCB Credit Limit - 13L
* Spends in past 6 months - 8L+
* Salary Account with HDFC
* All family accounts are in Imperia programme

I also had a 25L FD with HDFC when I first applied in Oct 23 but now its matured and I used up the funds. But still rejected...F*ck your internal criteria HDFC!

yes,without that they were rejecting,fortunately someone used my card for a big transaction and rest i used,so able to meet

Existing card name plz ? and limit on it? and how old the card is?
Cibil hit? salary account is also from Hdfc ? any pay slips/ITR they asked ?

Open imperia account maintain funds for some months and ensure you have good cibil automatically you get pre-approved offers after 6 months and see pre-approved with limit specific for bizblack and once it shows with limit just go ahead and apply

i have one problem, i got regalia gold in the month of march and opened preferred savings account in the month of july, but due to new hdfc netbanking portal i am unable to link my savings account customer id with my regalia gold credit card

send a mail to HDFC to merge cc and saving customer ID as one and instruct them to add my cc to saving which is also having issues and they will process it.
