They have asked to send the upgrade form signed with income documents to chennai address. Should i send or try to get them to upgrade on email itself?

Better to send it yourself, it won't take much time

did you have same limit on your new Infinia as your previous Regalia or you got Limit increase also? I have Infinia since 2016 and got my 3rd renewal upto 2031, and unable to get my limit increased above 25L since past 4 years. its stuck at 25L.

have not seen it myself. Everyone in my family/friend circle have Infinia. Limites from 11L to 25L. None above 25L I have seen.
