I have BoB Lite account and hold two Rupay Platinum DC ( Virtual and Physical). I opened this when we use to get discount on bill payment. Since it is discontinued now both the card is useless for me. In apply section for physical card it says not eligible and in virtual section it only shows Rupay platinum option. Is there a way to get EMT card?

First, I opened BoB Mahila Shakti Online for my wife, asked the bank executives for myself to be a joint holder, they denied.

Later, I opened Father's Senior Citizen Account Online, joined as the joint holder via offline process.

Last month on 12 Aug, visited branch for Super Savings 25k account as my CIF was already created with the purpose to join my wife as a joint holder and get the RSDC for both. Catch here is that Account opened, filled the form for primary holder's RSDC debit card application, gave to the executives and got confirmation that application process is done they said, after few days on 5 Sept joined my wife in the account and next day applied for RSDC with confirmation from the bank executives that application process done.

Didn't recieved any of the DCs from a month, visited branch yesterday. Bank executives told me that they will check and call me back, as expected didn't received the call. So visited again today for the status and strangely they can't see any of the card application processed on Super Savings account and they are not able to apply the DC from their end.

Created a complaint on BoB Grievance portal today with the details, hoping to see the positive reply from the BoB team.

Need suggestions, is there anything else to do on this situation to get the RSDCs for Super Savings Ac apart from Grievance complaint.
