Hello people I had created an iob insta account online some months ago and I had received a "random_numbers_TBNKCustomerSummary.pdf" in my email after downloading the file I deleted the email now I forgot the password combination if any of you know or have the email can you tell me the pattern of the password. as far as I remember it was something like part of mobile number and date of birth or something like that but I don't know what exactly is the pattern.

thanks for the reply, my cif number/customer id is same as the internet banking user id this along with last 4 digits of mobile number works for other banking pdfs like you said, but the one I am asking is the very first pdf generated after we create the iob insta account, it had a different combination unfortunately I had accidentally deleted the first email.

My mom is ex-IOB staff from before "Core Banking System" (CBS) and computerization era when so much work had to be done manually at the branch or inter-branch. Planning to get 6-7 RuPay Select LTF once this Friday also confirms RuPay Platinum offer dead. No charges for staff accounts 😆 But bank service is total faaltu now as per my mom herself. She has seen massive decline in service quality. She prefers IDFC 🤣

My father has IOB sallary account Diamond varient ( he is not bank staff, works under central GOVT, but have sallery account in overseas bank), currently holding Rupay platinum debit card. if i upgrade to Rupay select from rupay Platinum, is it will be zero cost( no annual or joining fees) or bank will charges 800+ GST ( joining and annual)⁉️ as far i know bank doesn't take debit card charges for sallery account. Little bit fear situation,if i upgrade his debit card and bank deducts charges, he will be angry at me.😐

Anyone confirm this⁉️😐
