Why not visit branch Directly and ask BM about ur situation?
They can convert ur account in 10mins

Same or any branch?Had to visit the branch 2 times just for opening account. (First time It was 4:02 PM so they told to come back the next day.)
And the staff obviously isn’t very helpful not sure how the verbal interaction may carry out.

Hence wanted some written evidences with me as well. So that if it comes to that I can also complain to RBI and have proof for the same as well

Yes will be going there mostly next/next to next week now(as quarter is just started)

And say the same. But I am still wondering do I have a good case here for RBIO? I am not sure they will help me post the complaint if there is no case and there is only one branch in my locality. Hence a bit afraid.

U do have good case for rbio. But why waste time and unnecessary quarrels.
