Got an SMS stating that card will be delivered in seven to ten working days (4 days after the card was delivered) and voila, now I Could activate the DC, set pin and upgrade it to RSDC.

I guess you'll have to wait for few more days.

What i feel is
While applying fresh, both rupay classic and master classic show 150
While upgrade, master classic shows 0 because of same level card.

Any fresh applicant that confirm this,i may be wrong lets see

Nhi rupay to visa mai bhi fees dikhata hai upgrade mai bas maine bina fees check kiye classic apply kar diya tha.
