Is Airtel Axis really being offered as LTF?

Someone please explain me this ad/banner in Techno fino forum?
After clicking on the link, it opens axis bank website after filling up the details and proceeding further I am getting this as paid card.
Has anyone else given a try?

This is a paid card and its not easy to get.
so just pay and get it
