Breaking News: A debit card was rejected by BOB. I applied for an Opulence Debit Card. Rejected by BOB. My Current QAB is 3.5 lakhs+ .

Criteria for an Opulence Debit Card: QAB more than 10 lakhs.

Today I received the card in the branch, will collect it and try to use the service. Still you didn't got it or already using this card.

I got opulence card through bob nre power pack account

But BOB system very worst. I got the card to generate pin need to visit ATM. To activate mobile banking services first do it in ATM. When done through ATM after create pin, it was telling your debit card invalid. But I can see my balances and withdraw 🤑. Very much headache when compared to private bank.
I called customer care they told first need to activate online services through manage debit card in ATM.
I try one the machine near by metal card was not going inside.
So today will try to go branch ATM machine where it was working fine.

Finally mobile banking and internet banking activated. Next week will try opulence debit card in domestic and international lounges in 3 weeks will update.

Have you registered your card with priority pass or lounge key for international lounges ?

Yes today I registered with lounge key it was accepted. And we can see it. I checked with phone banking customer care they don't know

Mind you i have no existing relationship with BOB other then my Onecard is from BOB Financials

If you're frequent traveler international and domestic yes. When compared to Magnus credit card this is best, draw back is no reward points.

did you use any special links to register for Lounge Keyy access? I am trying to register but says card number is associated with lounge key.

Customer services have no clue keep saying no need to register just show card which does not seem to be correct.

No special link, just go with lounge key website sign-up
